Learned Importance of Power House "パワーハウス"の意義を学びました！

Heather Leon, such an incredible pilates teacher, taught me an importance of ”Power House”! I will from now on challenge to make my own good Power House. Looking forward to see you and Holly again!

元祖ピラティスの伝統を引き継いでらっしゃるヘザー先生にパワーハウスの概念を教えて頂きました。日本語で何と言ったらよろしいのでしょう。体幹力ですかね。今は真綿を巻いたようなぽよぽよ体幹の私。しっかりこれからパワーハウス鍛えたいですね。またお会いするのが楽しみです。ホリーにもよろしく！身体の不調がだいぶ改善されそうです(*^^*)
